We would like to invite all 11&U, 13&U and 15&U athletes that intend to play in our FDNA Saturday Competition in 2027 to trial for FDNA’s Representative Squad. For athletes that are 17&U for 2027, you are also eligible to trial if you tick any of the options below. One.

peninsula waves

One of only 12 elite netball clubs in Victoria, PENINSULA WAVES represents the Mornington Peninsula region in the Victorian Netball league (VNL) Competition. The competition is comprised of a new structure for 2024 and beyond which comprises of a Championship Division and a 23 & Under Division. With clubs also having 2 underpinning development teams.

World class netballers

A ‘breeding ground’ for world class netballers, Peninsula Waves is the home of Champions Sharni Layton, Bianca Chatfield, Olivia Wilkinson and Mwayi Kumwenda.

World Class Coaches

Peninsula Waves is the home for former Australian Diamond player and National England Roses coach, Sue Hawkins.

The VNL Competition is recognised as the world’s strongest and most professional State Netball Competition.

Peninsula Waves provide player pathway access from grass roots netball through to Australian Diamonds pinnacle.
